DESCRIPTION
NBT-PMM130® is a high-strength cement-based mortar to be used as a filler to fill up the voids in open-graded asphalt. As a result, the NBT-PMM130® asphalt layer will become a stronger, more durable and higher wear resistance as compared to normal asphalt. This system is suitable to be applied at heavy industry areas, factories, high distressed areas such at traffic light junction, U-turn area, roundabout and etc.

SPECIFICATION
• The base course is sealed with bitumen emulsion.
• The open-graded asphalt is laid (special recipe). Then the dry NBT-PMM130® mortar is mixed with water in a special continuous flow mixer
• The open-graded asphalt is filled with NBT-PMM130® mortar and the surface is finished with a rubber scraper.
• Allow for curing for minimum 6 hours before open for traffic.
• Spray a layer of Tack Coat as sealant on top of the cured NBT-PMM130® surface.
